Prunus autumnalis

The Friends group planted this wee trio of winter flowering cherry trees three years ago. They are well settled in now and a joy to have in the park. During the darkest winter months they produce delicate white blossom flowers and then when you think its all over they deliver a beautiful display of pink blossom.
